Judy Bledsoe
Judy Bledsoe is a native of Atlanta who attended the University of South Florida, majoring in psychology. Judy
also attended the Metropolitan University of Tampa, where she received an A.S. degree in Paralegal Sciences.
Following graduation, Judy served as a paramedic and a hospital emergency room director.
In 1993, Judy joined Galler & Ginsberg, P.C. as a paralegal, and shortly thereafter was promoted to the lead
paralegal in the firm’s Social Security section. In 1997, Judy joined Jonathan Ginsberg at Ginsberg Law Offices
, P.C., where she continued to assist disabled claimants recover benefits in Social Security disability claims.
In 2002, Judy left Ginsberg Law Offices and joined a firm that handled complex litigation, including extensive work in nursing home negligence, police brutality, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases.
In July, 2005, Judy Bledsoe returned to Ginsberg Law Offices to reassume control of the Social Security department. Judy works directly
with Jonathan by requesting medical and vocational records to keep client files updated and she works with the hearing assistants and the
various local hearing offices to schedule hearings. Ginsberg Law disability clients will have direct access to Judy by email, office phone and cell phone.
